This ceremony was the culmination of the Harwitum movement — a global initiative that De Stefano had organized across 40 countries on all seven continents throughout 2012. “Harwitum” translates as “the path from north to south,” and the movement’s objective was to awaken consciousness for reconnecting and bringing heaven on earth through planetary consciousness.

The specific purpose was to ignite the kundalini of the Earth — a planetary energy system analogous to the kundalini energy in the human body. De Stefano describes how the ceremony was designed to activate a flow of energy from Africa to Antarctica, passing through each of the Earth’s chakras to connect humanity with the divine. Just as an individual can experience a kundalini awakening that transforms their consciousness, the planet itself, in De Stefano’s teaching, has a kundalini system that can be activated to support collective transformation.

The YOSOY Project: Anchoring the World Axis

In 2020, De Stefano initiated his YOSOY (meaning “I AM”) global journey, which represented the next phase of the planetary activation work begun with Harwitum. The YOSOY project was created with the purpose of connecting all the points of concurrence within the planetary network — locations where the ancestral consciousness that drives and directs the thoughts of the world is concentrated.

The journey involved anchoring the world axis between the North and South Poles, creating an energetic alignment that De Stefano describes as essential for the planet’s transition into the new age. This work sparked a global movement aimed at fostering awareness of humanity’s purpose on Earth and catalyzing the collective shift in consciousness.

The name YOSOY — “I AM” — carries deep significance. It connects to the first-dimensional experience of unity (“I know that I AM”) and to the recognition that each individual’s awakening contributes to the awakening of the whole. The project was both a physical journey across the planet and a consciousness activation, using the power of intentional presence at sacred sites to strengthen the planetary energy grid.

Earth’s Chakra System and Kundalini

De Stefano teaches that the Earth, like the human body, has a system of energy centers — chakras — and a kundalini energy that flows through them. These planetary chakras are located at specific geographic points around the world, and they function as nodes in the planet’s energy grid, each governing specific aspects of collective consciousness and planetary evolution.

The temples of ancient Egypt, particularly those along the Nile River, were designed to align with these chakra points. De Stefano describes how the temples were positioned to create a path of initiation that mirrored the human chakra system, with each temple corresponding to a specific energy center. An initiate progressing from temple to temple along the Nile was simultaneously activating their own chakra system and participating in the activation of the Earth’s energy.

The ancient Atlantean civilization understood this planetary energy system and built their network of temples and pyramids to work with it. The 12 planetary nodes identified in De Stefano’s framework correspond to the 12 portals connecting Earth to the greater cosmic grid. The frequency of the Atlantean network would be sent toward each of these 12 planetary nodes, maintaining Earth’s connection to the galactic energy system.

When this network fell into disuse after the destruction of Atlantis, the Earth’s energy system became dormant. The work of awakening — from the ancient Egyptian initiates through to De Stefano’s modern Harwitum and YOSOY movements — is about reactivating this planetary energy system so that the Earth can fully participate in the cosmic shift now underway.

The Arsayian Foundation (meaning “those who speak to the world”) was founded to promote social projects and consciousness-awakening movements. Its purpose is to create a network of networks that sustains and encourages the awakening of consciousness while rallying people guided by this transformative impulse.

The social vision that guides this work is Ontocracy — a philosophy focused on the development of the Self from a biological and holistic perspective. Ontocracy is the practical application of biological-spiritual knowledge and wisdom to resolve social and planetary crises. It starts from the recognition of the “I AM” — the empowerment of being and the integral, coherent, and balanced development of oneself — and extends outward to the construction of a social system guided by collective consciousness in harmony with the world.

De Stefano describes Ontocracy as understanding who we are and where we want to go, and from that understanding, building a society. It is the opposite of top-down governance based on ideology or power. It is bottom-up organization based on consciousness — each individual knowing themselves deeply and contributing their unique gifts to a collective that honors the dignity and purpose of every being.

The RECORDIS School and Education for Consciousness

De Stefano is developing RECORDIS, an online educational platform designed to systematize and share his vision of a conscious society. The platform aims to generate an awakening of consciousness through the education of the being, providing tools for coherence between thinking, feeling, and doing.

The name RECORDIS connects to “re-cording” — re-connecting to the records of cosmic knowledge that are the birthright of every human being. Education, in this model, is not about filling minds with information. It is about helping people remember what they already know at the deepest levels of their being and developing the capacity to express that knowledge through coherent thought, feeling, and action.

This educational approach reflects De Stefano’s broader philosophy that the shift in consciousness cannot be achieved through external means alone. It requires inner transformation — the development of individuals who are aligned within themselves and therefore capable of creating aligned communities, societies, and ultimately a planetary civilization worthy of its cosmic heritage.

2024: He led a two-day workshop on the “9 Dimensions of Spiritual Reality” at Friends House in London, teaching participants directly about his dimensional framework and its practical applications. He also guided 45 initiates through sacred sites in Great Britain for Season 2 of “The Journey of Remembering” on Gaia, visiting stone circles and ancient sites while practicing Druidic ceremonies led by what he calls “Merlins” — wise teachers who work with powerful Earth energies.

2025: A Tour of Ancient Peru with Jorge Luis Delgado and De Stefano was offered November 24 through December 7, featuring visits to sacred sites including the only private visit to see the Nazca mummies. 2026: A “Remembering Humanity’s Mission Workshop” was scheduled for February 3-14 in Egypt, connecting participants with the ancient Atlantean temples along the Nile.
